Comprehensive HIV Services Plan
The Comprehensive HIV Services Plan is designed to serve as a working blueprint to guide the refinement of HIV/AIDS care and support services in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties. The Plan is designed to strengthen coordination and integration of local HIV core and support services, to improve linkages between service agencies and to link care and prevention. The Plan is updated to make the changing needs of the target population, and to incorporate new strategies for improving care and increasing access to services.

Oakland TGA HIV/AIDS Health Services Needs Assessment
The purpose of the Needs Assessment is to identify the unmet needs of people living with HIV/AIDS in the Oakland TGA (Counties of Alameda and Contra Costa). The assessment provides a comprehensive look at the unmet needs as identified by HIV positive consumers from Alameda and Contra Costa counties.
